Welcome to Warrawee Duck Farm - Home of Stumpy!

Our Big Day

The house is nigh-on finished and the dream has finally come true so now what?   A PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Paul, Sam and I wanted to mark the start of the rest of our lives together on the farm with a bang and what better way to do it than for Paul and I to renew our marriage vows at our beautiful new home.  The next question was, when to do it.  Wanting to have the day on a beautiful summer's day may be difficult but we decided on the 30th August 2008.  This was a very sentimental day as, if my Dad was still with us, it would have been Mum and Dad's 50th wedding anniversary so what better day to choose.  Mum was excited about it and so all the plans started - well they didn't for us we left it all to Sophie!!!!  And I have to say she did us proud.  The day started at 5.00 a.m., with birds and then we danced 'til midnight and every single minute went by without a hitch.  I think it was a first for the DJ to have Springer Spaniels and Bassett Hounds on the dancefloor too.  For those who didn't make it, being too far away, I attach some photos below taken on the day and hope that you will get an idea of how the day went.   Paul, Sam and I would like to thank Sophie once again for making this day so memorable as without her it wouldn't have happened.
